In this role, he represented the full school, bridging the gap between lecturers and students, and increasing student satisfaction by resolving academic issues within the department. Mughees has also served as a Course Representative (Peer-elected) at Queen Mary University of London Students' Union, where he relays concerns about the course and general academic experience from fellow students to the departmental committee panel. Mughees has a strong educational background, having earned a Foundation Degree in Engineering from the University of Huddersfield in 2018, and he is on track to complete his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Queen Mary University of London in 2021.
